Yups, now that prom is over, i finally have sometime to spare and help keep this blog alive! ;)

Xiaomei, how are you in america! Doubt u will see this but ... yups just asking. Anw, just to update you (ok, this sounds like we are sitting in a formal -_-" ah wells, one of the ways to tell if you are a councillor) PROM WAS GREAT! and im so proud of myself for being able to remain (more or less) calm and composed (despite the influx of a staggering number of hunks and babes) and yes, im even prouder of that i gave a flower to G____ P____ (guess who!) personally. I really was drunk on my high. ahaha, but no regrets man! I totally enjoyed myself so much, be it gushing at the cute guys and hot babes, or watching the event go past without any major hiccups. It was great! SHALALA. Really wished you were there, and really, we would just drown in our drool. Ah nvm nvm, there's still next year. Sadly, i sort of casually mentioned to Him to go for prom king next year and he was like -_-" calling me mad. And da ge! You have to help me ... with my quest for next year prom! Its going to be the most significant event of my life, you wouldnt leave me in the lurch would you? ;) haha.

oh yes, er jie! where art thou? ahaha, hmms no idea where you have gone for hols but remember to bring souvenirs back for us! (: food is always great.

Urgh, the above writing style is so unlike me. It sounds like some brainless bimbo who is gushing over some trivial little thing. I suppose associating too much with the bimbos of promco has really taken an effect on my mind. Hi guys! nobody's blogged here in ages since the blocks so hope you're still reading this.

Been quite touched at the commitment you guys have been putting into for SnR so far - its not about just holding formals or informals and how attentive you are in them but more the little things. Especially saw quite a few of that yesterday and im quite proud of it so just thought i'd record it down. :)

Yesterday after cheering the four fac heads went to fix the foosball table in the SL. I didn't help much though partly cos i'm not sure at all about this sort of things. But it was heartening to see Dawei and Mark sitting on one-dolah coins laming each other about screwing the thing wrongly and then everyone helping to bring down the whole base of the table to fix it. All this without the key to open the table as we forgot to collect it from Mr Lee. Xingyan and Brendan offered to help out too.. so special thanks to the two of u. Even Kaizhi came back earlier to teach the fac heads but eventually left cos there was no key (lolol).

We were running late for JTS and Gareth offered to go to the bus stop to pick up the fuming seniors who were waiting there for more than 30 mins and eventually they left first without the rest of us. and Gareth took quite a lot of flak. but he didn't complain.

Then there's LISA who despite running a bloody nose and just recovering frm a fever rushed down to GM a few minutes late with a letter though she wasn't expected to turn up at all. and for JTS - u deserve a hug from everyone for still trying to push through the last game though its response was quite low after the change of venue from the first game :) (in which me and zeying got saboed TONS! u pple are crazy)

thanks for ur dedication so far. will just end the entry here cos its been quite a shamelss plug to write such stuff here. :P but doesnt matter still proud of u all the same.

heyhey! just got home from JTS and all the stuff we did after. as usual haven't bathed and what not (lolol) but anyway just wanna say it was great fun today at JTS - talking tons of nonsense, jinrui's GIVE ME A CUP OF FORGET FEELING WATER in marina square, TONS of ice cream (esp the purple ones), talking about kbox mtv models etc. the best part was it was really just a chillout session cos there wasn't any rush at all even when like tze phern came a few hours late and we just sat there being high on ice for a long time even after we stopped eating and all tt. quite relaxing man. haha.

after JTS we went to meet calvin, yeowch and brendan in the suntec arcade bumming around cos the rest of ecaco went home to STUDY (-conscience pricks badly-) and we...decided not to go kbox! aww damn was looking forward to it so much la. but on the VERY bright side the next time we do go to kbox we can go during LUNCH, and even better we'll have the whole snr family together including pple like GARETH, LISA, JINRUI (!!!!!) and it'd be damn lot more fun. instead the 5 of us remaining (dawei, yanyan, calvin, zeying, me) went to waste time in the arcade a little while before watching mr and mrs smith. woot.

JTS at marina's swensen's rocks big time! i just totally love ice cream buffet though its really sinful, can just imagine our very own lisa the dietco chair's disgust at the amt of unhealthy junk i was stuffing. Had loads of fun laughing at the fac head's jokes, sharing breaded chicken with mummy and of course, the ice cream buffet. (though personally, the most wront thing that i did was to get lime sherbot coz it tasted like mama lemon to me. dont understand how some yan2 and kaizhi seem to like it so much.)

Had SNEC informal and formal in the morning before JTS and thnks loads to daddy for coming down to help me and yan for our informal. sucha pity that everyone was still in hol mood and quite dead laas. but me and yan will do our best in making it al happening comm man! Then yan2 went my house after formal, and we had a great time engaging in girl talk and junking nonstop on stuff like ice peach tea, kitkat white, mini hazelnut chocs and cheese biscuits. yummy. it rocks to have sucha funky fellow IIC and wonderful xiaomei! we rock man sister (: i love you darling!!

man yue tmr, hopefully it'll turn out to be a success and that everyone would be as sporting as mummy and daddy when playing the fries game which da ge came up with ;) haha, who knows, it might bring abt gd news for our 32nd student council in time to come!

Anyway, I think Peishan's house is awesome. Crazily awesome. It's a 3-storey hotel, la. Staying there is really pampering yourself, and the design is really nice, too. I think I could stay there forever! Reminds me of my ex-teacher's house -- it's really huge too, and the thing is that it's got so many electronic stuff! Like 5 tvs, 2 pianos, 3 fridges, etc etc. Haha.
Makes my house seem so... uncool haha.

Okay, anyway I might want to apologise for being antisocial today, because I was feeling quite frazzled about being late, and after that I still felt quite bad, so yea. And I didn't really have anything to talk about, so yup.

OH OH OH and Lisa's house is pretty cool too! Cos her room is sort of like the basement? and the wooden stairs downwards is so cute it reminds me of some English cottage or something with the flowers(ixora) lining the stairs. And her room is so self-sufficient -- own tv, toilet, games, sort-of backyard haha. Didn't get the chance to explore the rest of the house! :(

Heehee I love seeing other people's houses, hmm so random.

haizzz my fellow faggot is away in hongkong eating and living in good shit! argh, so jealous. and mi and yan2 are stuck wif tem sem tml! nvm, we'll survive thru it.

council room looks so pleasant now, mark's gonna luv it when he comes back, and SnR shld haf more song sessions in the room like todae! i tink we're damn good at singing, wif daddy at the piano, we cna stage a mini concert and entertain ourselves! now even uncle chiew is entertained by us alr.

council room painting and fac interviews

Hello people! Haha. I decided to come home and blog before I lose my after painting high-ness haha. I'm still dirty and sweaty and most importantly...colourful!! Hahahaa. Who would have thought that I would have gone to school and get vandalised by so many people! lol.

I think council room painting was really fun. We missed the first bit of it, but I enjoyed myself thoroughly! I love these kinds of work sessions. Music playing...everyone doing their own small job, people in charge running around, joking and laughing at the same time. I felt a little laid-back. Just sat there painting on whilst listening and watching to all the stuff that happened around me.

But what I wanted to say was: GREAT JOB to everyone with the council painting today and the fac comm interviews the past 2 weeks. We've been so patient in the interviews, and efficient in our painting. I love SnR a little more, after today :)

Okay that's all I think I need to go bathe hahaha.
LISA I MISS YOU TOO. I miss seeing your bubbly hyperactive enthusiastic self that never fails to make me smile :)

Its been a really long time since anyone blogged (cept for daddy who updates us abt council stuff). We need to spice this up man! (:

Athena fac interviews just ended, managed to sit thru it without falling asleep. arghs, im feeling so shagged mans. Looking forward to Apollo's interviews tmr, got lotsa interesting people and powerhouses. rock on man Apollo! okay, maybe i should be saying this in front of all my brothers, considering all of you are frm diff facs ;)

Mongolia had been really fun (: and miss you all so much while we were there. i remember everytime we taste something good, i'll go "this is good shit", rings a bell yeah? of course, i did try to keep mummy in check though sometimes she did get a little naughty (with whom i shant say ;) ) what about daddy, has he been guai, or fooling ard when mummy is nt ard ;)

mongolia had been an enlightening and exciting experience. and though this might sound dumb, but i think we should have reflection sessions once in a while to keep us in check and ensure that we dont lose focus. had some reflection sessions during OCIP and it really did help me alot (: must have work and play ... den we will become more zai!

june wk 2 and 3 is crazy for me and daddy. seems that we have formals or informals on almost every other dayyy...

first up its WELCOME HOME MUMMY AND PEISH! great to have you back though mongolia must have been super fun.

i've disappeared for a week too at pre-u sem and missed our ARES interviews (argh). hope the new comm is gonna be damn zai so ares can thrash up all the other faculties next year as the most funky one. but on a separate note i think mark did a great job at the artemis interviews and yanyan for grace. to jinrui, gareth and peish do jiayou in comm selections too - the committee will be a bunch of people u'll have to work with throughout the council term so do go all out in choosing a dedicated, cooperative bunch :) then our family will have even more relatives! rem not to ask too many fei4 or filler questions but go straight to the point and look out for the characteristics u want.

more SnR stuff: firstly exco formal's been pushed back from the 20th and GM will not be held this month so we have no pressure in organising an informal/formal before the 20th if its not the best date to. but it'd be a gd target to work towards though cos its in the 3rd week. and really sorry bout this but i had no clue there was a lit makeup lesson for me tt morning..and along with OAC's GM and jinrui/peish's class chalet in the afternoon maybe we can't have it on the 13th. will try to find a date tomorrow though..gotta sleep early tonight cos i think i'm falling sick. really sorry!!

i'm also gonna be arranging the commchair passing down with tp on tuesday so do check ur mail tt day for any impt things mentioned like the faculty shield. on top of this we gotta start booking the kiddy room at KAP and think of ideas for man yue too.

3rd June Friday: SnR going to the airport to pick up Zeying and Peishan.... :)

8th June: Painting council room. Bring $35 and pass it to me!

13th June: Supposed to have our informal at 10.30am but Mark and I were hoping to push it back a LITTLE bit because we have our OAC GM at 10am. Our GM shouldn't last very long, and we're going to ask them if we can settle some stuff earlier. Really sorry :( Especially to Peishan and Jin Rui who have their class outing, right?
Either that, we could meet really early, and break halfway so Mark and I can attend our GM and run back to continue with our informal...? :)

14th June: SnR formal and SnR JTS

18th June: Man Yue

Yup that's about it, just to remind everyone. I think we will talk more in our informal :)

Wah, I really miss our full SnR family! Just talked to san jie online, they are doing quite well over at mongolia, having quite a lot of fun, and getting their faces blackened everyday after work. San jie says that she and mommy misses us the most. So we must give them a really really warm welcome home on the 3rd! Anyway, twin, how can your chinese be so bad! Mine isn't THAT bad la, and we are supposed to share the same genes! Yeah, perhaps we should all speak in chinese to improve ourselves. And I need to practise for chinese ao orals coming up soon. So er jie and galeth, will we be having our 'famine camp'? Argh, I'm still itching quite badly. Especially at my feet, because I didn't really apply the corrosive stuff on my feet, so they are the ones that got the most mosquito bites, so now I'm desperately trying to scratch at my feet. Need mopiko! Anyway, I'm going to die, I have a bio make up lesson tomorrow and I think she will be going through most of the tutorials for genetics. And the thing is that I haven't even finished my tutorials for cell structure and membrane. So fun la, whole night do bio tutorials. Bleh. Kbox outing~!

newae tink mummy and san jie are enjoying demselves in mongolia now, dunno wad dey are doing dere, but san jie will make sure mummy stays faithful, while we make sure daddy does too. see la, dat dae at airport tok to girl make mummy angry. haha u all shld haf seen daddy's face when we were at the glass door dere when mummy went in for customs checking. daddy's face was plastered at the glass waiting for mummy to turn back and wave at him, den he was trying to look like hes crying while we comfort him.... so saddening... and i got a foto of dem hugging each other (it looks like dey were kissing tho), and i tink all those present at the airport saw the 2 of dem :) btw thanx mummy and san jie for the shoutouts! so touching to read dem, daddy shld write one too, one esp long one for mummy. when she comes back from mongolia, to show her how much uve missed her these daes.

haha okok daddy and mummy getting too much publicity liao, nid to give dem sum private space. we children shld be more respectful. newae lets go receive dem at the airport on 3rd june 6.25pm terminal 1 arrival hall. this time muz get whole family go.

actually... haha quite a short story. i went out with my class, cos we went big walk in the morning. then in the evening we wanted to go my classmates' condo for barbeque. the bbq starts at 630, and ends round 1030. So i dunno whether wanna go airport or condo. Cos condo in serangoon, airport in changi, i was near city hall, go both places take the same time. then in the end i went to the condo, spent half an hour there, then spent $12 on cab to get me to airport..$12 la! then, see mum and san jie, then din regret spending the money liao:)
haiz damn jealous of mum and dad. looked so romantic/loving as they pushed the trolley together. uber good pairing did we do la i think. they looked like they were going on second haneymoon. sighz. then papa was seen talking to another girl. wad de hell!!! wife wanna go overseas 13 days then wanna play around liao!!! wait mummy come back with a hot mongolian guy la! then after 2 weeks got 4 parents, and knowing thier productivity, wait got illegitimate children la!! oh no!!! haha budden mummy and papa made up by agreeing to take cute couply photos:) k then i had a big fat uber squared fun time confusing a super gullible girl called xuehui, who unfortunately is one of my most potential fac comm member....haha anyways peeps who were can vouch how seriously silly this girl was.. haha had a ball of a time.. haha lucky daddy, unco (haha nice one...), uncle chiew, runi and whoever else was there were so damn quick on the draw ;)
kkz on a serious note, lets study hard during the hols, and settle the blocks, so we can be more liberal with our time in sep to prepare for MAF and don need to study so hard :)

Anyway, thanks everyone for all the nice smses and well-wishes and all that. It's very heartening to see that dajie is so loved by everyone in the family :)
It's been a really rough 2-3 days, and right now I'm just trying to forget about all that's happened and work hard for my studies and upcoming block tests(block tests in 5 weeks time, study everybody!!) so that at least I don't have to worry about that.
I think I owe everyone some sort of explanation -- I'll talk about it in our next(first, rather) informal?

heh im seriously lagging; this is my first time blogging. i usually dont cos im too lazy to put everything into words. and when i do, it becomes longwinded. :P but yup, i'll be leaving for mongolia tmr, and i decided it's an appropriate time to write...

first of all, it's been nothing but loads of fun since the first day i became SnR's utupchee. fun aside, there're invaluable bonds growing too. u guys are one close-knit commitee, and many thanks for including me... =) it's really heartwarming to see the mutual exchange of gifts (*ahem* albeit controversial ones haha) between the guys andn girls... i feel v comfortable arnd u guys, and seeing each and everyone of you never fails to put a smile on my face.

XUN - haha hey dear. i seriously dunno how it all started!! and how the hell are we SO PRODUCTIVE?? haha, but ... what can i say, could i ask for a better one :P. unbelievably we have quite a lot of parallels.. from brushing teeth at the computer (hilarious) .. right down to love for musicals and the amazing piano ... it's been great so far. thanks for being someone who's so easy to talk to and thoughtful. SnR will blossom under you. looking forward to many days together with you (dancing, crazy long meetings, miniHAHOs haha) =) so please learn to bathe earlier man!

we've been officially invested.. and it's a start of an emotionally and physically taxing ... but equally enriching journey of our lives. i'm really grateful that i've got such great company to pull me thru all the rough patches that may come my way. things ain't always gonna be rosy, and being in disco would place me in difficult positions most of the time. some may be disillusioned, some may lose their enthusiasm and optimism... there's no knowing what WEIRD things will happen along the way.. but i just want you guys to know that in my heart, there's always a place for you guys. you guys are my pillars of support. =) i've been seeing so much of you guys lately, i'll suffer withdrawal symptoms in mongolia. take care lots okay. get your well deserved rest and we'll start of refreshed in term 3. vivace! *hugs* love all of you.

daddy's hse rocks ... soo fun (: hah, thnks so much to all the guys for the absolutely wonderful HAHO which they planned for us. it really got us damn freaked out laa. we must do another for our jnrs next time so that we get to scare people next time instead of being the victims.

yanyan and mummy and dawei and mark are singing phamtom songs while daddy is playing the piano at this hour when invest is going to commence in jes a mere few hours. we totally rock man. hope we wont be too dead tmr during invest itself. at least we know that yan jie will be pretty much awake and hopefully lisa and jR too who are currently fast asleep now behind me. they look so cuutee!

haha had alot of fun on sat (and FRI...) , think SnR's gonna be the most funky comm. still downloading papa's collection of videos and fotos, haha cant wait to see dem all. hmm realise we arent rili forming anything at all in the background, dun think pple can see it as SnR, but its a nice comm foto, cuz the nicest part of it is in the centre, dont u all think papa and mama look so lovey-dovey tgt? if onli their hands were pointing alittle lower, it'll look like a heart-shape. haha, nvm, we'll haf many more chances of helping dem get closer. hahahahaha.
